La Mera, LCSW, is an individual private practice that incorporates evidence based, holistic, and ancestral medicine modalities to motivate individuals with healing and creating balance within mind, body and spirit. It takes discipline to show up and face obstacles one would prefer to ignore, as we know that only ignoring an issue will make it bigger to get your attention. When we become aware of the lessons that difficult situations are trying to teach us, that is when the wisdom comes forth to strengthen our will to move forward.

The goal of our work together is to honor your unique individual story, including the challenges, recognize patterns and identify the purpose in the pain. We work to transmute the difficulties into powerful tools for self-worth and growth. I am able to lead the way as I understand firsthand the debilitating effects an unexpected life altering experience can have the potentially derail your path to growth if not dealt with in a healthy, productive manner. Having the inspiration from someone who has walked the path before you creates a solid foundation to get you moving forward on your journey.
