I offer free 15 minute consultations. 

During this time, I will answer any questions you have regarding my services and practice style in order for you to determine whether I am the best service provider to meet your needs. I honor the importance of finding a therapist you truly connect and feel safe with to share vulnerable parts of your life and inspire the transformation you seek. 

If it appears we are a good fit to work together, we can move forward with scheduling your first appointment. If not, I will happily support you with a referral to an alternative provider who can help.

I offer one on one therapeutic inspirational services for adults in California. 

Each of us has unique obstacles to face in life in order to grow. When we do the work to increase our self-awareness, we become inspired to use tools to honor our path, solve and see challenges from new perspectives, learn our lessons to move past them, and create wisdom that will help us move towards our goals.

Doing the work is challenging and I am here to walk with you through this transformative healing process. I understand because I have lived the experiences. 

My clinical approach is a combination of evidence-based practices (i.e. CBT: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-focused CBT), ancestral medicine (Indigenous Mexica, Mayan) and holistic practices (astrology, oracle, yoga, meditation, breath work). Depending on what you are interested in, we will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique needs.

Sessions are held on a HIPAA compliant online platform.

As a previous Child Welfare Worker in Family Reunification Units, I saw first hand the lack of Spanish speaking clinicians available to support monolingual Spanish speaking families in need of therapeutic services.

I offer Spanish speaking mental health services for parents involved in the child welfare system and are court ordered to participate in therapeutic services. Priority for families in Family Reunification.

Family, friends and caregivers of persons living with any type of Dementia- join this monthly virtual healing talking cricle where you will be able to share your experiences, ask questions and hear from others in similar situations. By the power of sharing our stories aloud, we aim to release heavy energies to make space for empowerment, community building, understanding and compassion. 

When? Every 1st Sunday of the month, 6-7PM PST

This group was created with the vision to provide families with genuine support that myself and family were seeking when my father was diagnosed with Dementia Alzheimer's over 12 years ago. I incorporate the power of ancestral medicine with hopes to lead others to comfort to cope with the transitions of life, family dynamics and navigating systems of support. ♥️

I do not accept insurance at this time, however, I am able to provide a Superbill (itemized receipt of services paid) you can provide to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly for specific details.
